Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unlit or unused, and in its original packaging. 


Contact us at info@louisajones.co to initiate a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damages and issues

We do our best to ensure your orders arrive safely, but glass and liquids can occasionally be fragile during transit.

  • If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package at info@louisajones.co.
  • Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We will gladly ship out a replacement or issue a full refund for any items damaged during transit at no extra cost to you.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been lit, used, or altered.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unlit or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.Â
